From the paved road
in this photo (blue road), distance is .3 mile to
the fork (yellow road), then turn left to go to
Spring Valley home, just .3 mile further. The fork
to the right goes to the southern border of the
property. It is an easement road.
The green outline
just above the house (black dot) is the location of
a brand new six bedroom "standard" septic
system.
Close-up aerial of
parcel with approximate boundaries. The next photo
shows a closer view of the Western half of the
property.
The open areas of
this photo are mildly sloping lands with beautiful
views. The pinkish lines are existing roads on the
property. It is not possible to cross the dam
because of the spillway, but the north end of the
dam is accessible using the middle pink road which
also has a private locked gate next to gray line
(road). A small number of neighbors use the gray
road.
We plan on putting in a large number of fruit trees in the upper pasture ares. Our town home has 19 different fruit trees in our quarter-acre back yard! We enjoy grafting and managing multi-specie fruit and nut trees.
The areas above the reservoir to the east are beautiful, mildly sloping meadows.

Upper Pasture area is in view.
Mill Creek Road is a
beautiful drive. The road is paved.
